Gordon McCall’s Motorworks Revival is considered the official opening party of the prestigious Californian Monterey Carweek held in August. After attending it four years ago, in 2015 (see report here), we had the opportunity to join it again this year, and were very keen to, as it is probably the best event of the whole week thanks to its tasteful blend of cars, airplanes, watches and other machines. The location for such an incredible event? The Monterey Jet Center. For the first time, Gordon McCall held a press conference before the event itself. The occasion to refresh our memory on what makes this event so unique and some very crunchy details and anecdotes.
